The Columbia Global Centers interviewed Dr. Esteban Calvo, an adjunct professor at the Columbia Aging Center, about his research on retirement policies and their effects on health. Dr. Calvo's cross-national research seeks to assess the impact of retirement policies on the labor force, individual health, intergenerational exchanges and family dynamics.
